A darker theme, a second version will be made that utilizes lighter themes. Not available for download quite yet. But leave comments on how you might want this theme to turn out. It will have icons, message skin and contact list skinning

Great job, this is my favorite skin up here so far. :) Very minimalistic and very clean looking.
Honestly, I like the orange color that you used for the groups in the screenshot more than this green. I also liked the same background color that you used in the screenshot more than the lighter color.
are you working on a matching convo theme?
edit: One more thing. :p I just noticed that when I click the email icon to open the list of email in my inbox, you can barely read the sender, subject, and the links because the text is black.

likely problem
the likely problem is that there are two "Tabs:" sections defined. sections can't be defined twice (it causes issues with the YAML loader). merging them should fix the issue.
(there may be other duplicate sections, i didn't check)

I merged the tabs sections and it works fine.
