Right-to-left languages (Hebrew, Arabic) should be supported in message dialogs and popups. This includes:

1) Composing a message in RTL form by hitting right Ctrl+Shift (Windows standard behavior).

2) Displaying incoming RTL messages as RTL, according to the Unicode display standard (i.e, if a message starts with an RTL character, it is to be formatted as RTL).

3) Displaying incoming RTL messages as RTL in popups as well, according to the same algorithm.
