Add CUA standard shortcut to copy test in Past Chat browser

To copy text in the Past Chat Browser one can use ctrl+c.
Could the IBM Common User Access (CUA) standard also be supported: Ctrl-Insert to copy.
Would be nice to have context menu copy option as well.
