Basic Theme (semantic xhtml/css + pretty copy/paste)
In an effort to get the message windows to look and copy/paste in a way that i like, i decided to create my own theme from scratch. this minimal theme is the result. i also set out to make the theme with minimal but proper semantic markup for all you xhtml+css geeks out there.
compared with the screenshot example, if you copied and pasted some of the conversation it would output like so:

i would be happy to entertain any comments or feature requests for this theme. i will probably reissue it as soon as i decide it needs changing. i also encourage you to modify the css to your liking and i will be happy to include your revisions with credit into the next release.

I always used the Candybars
I always used the Candybars style, but now this is my new favourite! Great work, thanks!
Small names variant
After using it for a little while, I didn't like the large names, so I made a variant:
in the folder: "basic.AdiumMessageStyle\Contents\Resources\Variants"
make a file called "small-names.css". Open it in notepad and put this inside:

font-size: 1.25em;
}
/* end */
Feel free to change the '1.25em' to whatever you want (lower is smaller, i believe the default of this message style is 1.75).
After restarting digsby, you can use the new variant =)
How would one go about
How would one go about changing the message senders' names? I'd prefer a bit lighter of a grey for the outgoing and grey instead of blue for the incoming. Can't seem to figure it out in the CSS. Thanks!
ETA: Also, my buddies' font sizes are all the same, AKA they're not as my buddies set them. Any ideas?

I love this theme! The only complaint I have is that it's a bit hard to see the division between two messages next to each other sent by the same person. Other than that, I'm so glad to see a simple theme that makes it easy to follow the conversation.

after using it for a while now myself i tend to agree... just a bit of spacing in between each message so they are more individually distinguishable.
busy at the moment but i will reissue this soon, and absolutely implement this suggestion
Love it, made a few changes
Love it, made a few changes to mine, screen names smaller, less spacing, and changed sender name to red as well as a little bit darker of a background to distinguish between the 2.. I'm glad with just a little knowledge it can be customized. Great clean skin.

Suggestion
First of all, kudos for the theme. I think it's really nice.
Then I’d like to make a suggestion, or I should say, a request. It would be great that in every conversation window you could see the contact image as well as additional info, like the contact's name and e-mail address similar to what is displayed in the ‘Joeybars’ theme. Also, in the left panel of this theme you can see the contact’s profile image and the hour the conversation began
What I was thinking was that something like the contact’s image, name, e-mail, and status information could be added to your theme, which I really like already

This convoskin doesn't even
This convoskin doesn't even show up in the list of available skins. which is sad, because i really like the way it looks. Its nice and clean and reminds me of distroy twitter. you should fix it.
