Thought I'd help out eleazar and went ahead and got all 270 Trillian emoticons going.
-Rename %digsbypath/res/emoticons/default folder to "original"
-Extract ZIP to %digsbypath/res/emoticons/
-Reload Digsby - because there are so many, Digsby takes a while to load them all or something, and hilariously when you click on the emoticon button there are so many that it can't even display them all!
